These terms apply to the purchase and use of Paycheck Budget, a digital budgeting app sold by Paycheck Budget ("we", "us").

Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

What you buy

A one-time purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Paycheck Budget for your own budgeting, on your own devices. You get access to the app by link and as a downloadable file. Free updates to the current version are included.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the app, your access link or the app file.

Your data

Your budget data is stored on your device and in files you save. We do not receive or store it. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data.

No financial advice

Paycheck Budget is a planning tool. It does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. Calculations such as debt payoff dates are estimates.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
